Welcome 2020 Makeover Exercise

Step 1 – Divide your paper in three sections.

#1 What I want to let go of:

  • I release the 15 extra pounds with ease.
  • I let go of the past mistakes as I know they were learning experiences.
  • I clean out the junk drawers in my kitchen.
  • I clean out excess paper in my office and streamline.

# 2 What I am grateful for:

  • I am grateful for my health.
  • I am grateful for my amazing family.
  • I am grateful for my Brain-Soul Success Mastermind Community.
  • I am grateful for my thriving businesses.

# 3 My intention to welcome into my life:

  • I welcome 25 more amazing people in my Brain-Soul Success Mastermind.
  • A new awesome guest weekly on our Brain- Soul Success TV show and podcast.
  • I am invited to speak on the Ted X stage
  • I finish the short book.
