The outcome of discipline is freedom. That’s just one piece of wisdom from my insightful conversation with my friend and guest of today’s podcast, Mary Sheila Gonnella.

Mary Sheila Gonnella has served her clients for almost 15 years. She teaches people how to honor their unique physiology, move self-care to the front burner, and achieve and maintain radiant health.

In addition to her private practice, Occidental Nutrition, and her signature program, Blood Sugar Reset, Mary Sheila consults and teaches classes through doctor referrals in a clinical, medical setting. Mary Sheila is a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Ayurvedic Educator, and a Wahls Certified Health Practitioner.

Her approach has helped people have complete health transformations. One of her favorite ways to connect with students is to roll up her sleeves, put on an apron, and teach cooking lessons that reconnect people to their ability to create delicious, healing food in their own kitchens.

Inside this episode:

  • Mary Sheila’s background that led her to a career in nutrition
  • How redirecting hormones and maintaining balance can help change your diet
  • Why we need fermented foods
  • What health and lifestyle changes to expect by working with Mary Sheila plus an inspiring client case study

The work Mary Sheila is doing is helping her clients maximize their brain power and transform their lives and I hope that this episode empowers you to take action today.
