Empower Your Freedom

This week I am seeing trust issues and a very polarized energy- very high positive energy and life situations like new jobs, just sold a home, romance- mixed with tragedy and sadness such as a pet passing, family disputes, an ill family member.   There is uncertainty in the state of the world , the USA election and this of course will reflect in each individual’s personal life as well. Everything is energy so we are all connected in this web of life.  The question is not what is happening but HOW do you react, respond and keep moving forward? My teachers and mentors suggest prayer, meditation, breathing, energy work such access consciousness, EFT, Brain-Soul Balancing and other similar tools.

I like to go deeper to “Empower Your Freedom” – get to the root of the sadness,  anxiety, fear  and clear the past patterns so they do not surface again. Is this possible?
